Lucile Wolfe Green (1917-2004) was an activist in the world peace and world federalist movements serving in leadership positions for several related organizations. She was a professor at Merritt College in Oakland, California and a founding member of the Board of Directors of the World Federalists of Northen California (now called the Democratic World Federalists).
